James C. showed up at our home after a hail storm this Summer. We had many other companies stop by, but we just didn't trust them. However, James was polite and very professional from the get-go! He presented a solution to our hail damaged roof , and we ended up getting a brand new roof less the cost of our insurance deductible. Pro Roofing America handled everything from start to finish. The entire team approach, James' attention to detail, and their guarantee made it a "no brainer". They even upgraded some of the materials which gives us extra peace of mind. I have never had to make an insurance claim, let alone a claim for a new roof and was completely lost. I reached out to Jason at Pro Roofing America and he got back to me instantly. Jason and Austin walked me through the entire process, were extremely knowledgeable and provided WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. In the end it was a great experience, and I love my new roof! For decisions as important as this, you want a company you can trust, over communicates, and provides a tremendous result. That company is Pro Roofing America.

Pro Roofing America is second to none! Austin was awesome to work with throughout the whole process from start to finish. He has no issues dealing with the all hiccups from my homeowners insurance, the MULTIPLE trips to my house just to get more information or to meet the insurance adjuster and roof experts. He stuck it out through the whole time.

Austin takes it upon himself to make it a personal relationship not just a business one. From day one when he stopped by to inspect the roof he seemed like a friend that came by to hang out, not just another business guy giving a bid and down the road he went. Even the night before he called told me what to expect for the next morning, he even asked if I wanted any breakfast if he were to stop and get something for his crew. (They worked on a Sunday).
