Excellent and thorough inspection; their report on the house I wanted to buy was 47 pages long and full of details, notes, and recommendations.

Casey arrived on time, the inspection was scheduled on 3/18 at 9am to inspect a 100 year old home we are purchasing. It was a raining, the first thing Casey did was change his shoes not to track dirt into the home.
Casey was very through doing the inspection and explained everything he did along the way things he observed and what is required by codes and standards. He ask me if I had any concerns based upon what I saw and made sue these were covered. The inspection took about 2.5 hours and the follow up 68 page report was e mailed to me by 9 pm that evening which was very complete.
