John was very thorough and explained everything as he was going through the house. I am impressed with the equipment they bring to the site. They were early to the house and did not leave until all of my questions were answered. John was realistic about the condition of the house and didn't sugarcoat anything. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to buy a house, especially if they are a first-time homebuyer.
