Pristine Inspections and Testing

I worked with John on my home inspection on 02/27/2019. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He walked me through everything he was doing and every concern he had. He explain everything help me understand.

Had an inspection recently and Mr. Adair did a very thorough job. The report was very detailed and he had many great suggestions as to how to repair/upgrade issues that we saw. Very personable and easy to work with. Thank you!

Total garbage. John missed that both showers leaked, the chimney was causing water damage, driveway was collapsing, refused to point out asbestos pipes, lead paint and many other things he didn’t want to be liable for. We ended up spending well over $10k in the first month of moving into our home just to fix the things he omitted in the inspection. If an inspector doesn’t want to be liable for what can be found in a historic Urbana home they should not take job. Instead John took the job of inspecting a historic home and walked around pretending not to see what we later paid to have removed. The cost of the inspection is supper high. There are many honest home inspectors that are not buddies with the real estate agents, use them.

Mark did a phenomenal job walking through each task he was doing and frequently checking to see if we had questions throughout the inspection. As first-time home owners, he gave us great advice on a variety of small repairs, as well as when we should expect to service certain appliances in our home. We could not be happier with the service Mark provided us!

John was a pleasure to meet. He took the time to explain the key components of the house. John was very attentive to every question and went out of his way to give a visual of the explanation to guarantee proper understanding. John knows the laws and confirms all items pass code.
