John was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. In addition to the home inspection, I had radon testing performed and the sewer line scoped. I was pleasantly surprised that they have these additional services. The inspection report was detailed and easy to understand. Mark was my home inspector. Arrived at the appointed time. Inspections were very thorough with explanations of his findings. We had John and Tim come out to inspect a property we are in the process of purchasing and they were wonderful. They were professional, personable and thorough. They were patient and kind if we had questions. We were left with an impression of competence and efficiency. We even had Mark on the phone with pre-inspection questions about the process and he was so personable, informative and knowledgeable. Their report came promptly and was very detailed and reader friendly. Every aspect of their performance was top notch and we will certainly be using them again. Highly recommend!!!!
