I called them after a friend referred me, because my old builder-grade garage door was worn out after 17 years. They gave detailed options of what it would take to fix vs. replace the door, and I chose to replace the door with a steel insulated door. Employees were courteous and prompt, and very professional on both visits. Follow-up is great as well. Absolutely love my new door - it's so quiet I keep thinking it isn't working when I hit the button! Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

HORRIBLE. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. CANNOT keep time. WORST service. HORRIBLE prices.
First, the repairman was supposed to come at 10:30 AM. After 2 hours of waiting I gave them a call and they claimed the mechanic was running late, so they reassigned me at 2 PM (that itself should of already been a sign).
All I wanted done in the 1st place was to add one remote (the reason why I called for the service). He starts constantly jamming (opening and closing with haste) the garage door up and down (not even all the way up or down) with the remote and the keypad for around 15 minutes. In result the motor was overworked and blew up. Then he tells us it's going to be around $480 for "just the motor"; He said this was excluding the service fee and it was the lowest he can go. Eventually had to try to call the manager and we get the price down to $400. I take a look at Lowe's...

We were in the market for a new garage door and Garage Doors & More gave us a quote and options that we couldn't pass up. The quote was lower than a competitor that I had heard was the most reasonable one. The doors and features we were able to choose from were amazing. The company was very professional from start to finish. The door installer was courteous and knowledgeable. Our house looks totally different with the new door and I couldn't be more pleased.

Garage Doors was great to work with, and the installer Tracy did a fabulous job. He was very professional, calling me to say he would be a little late because the supplier did not have the garage door opener we ordered so he would have to go to another supplier to pick it up. Tracy did a great installation job, and our door was a tough one because it was 18' wide! He worked until the job was done even though it meant working until late in the evening, keeping a positive attitude throughout the installation. The door fits perfectly, looks great and is very quiet! Thanks Tracy!

Also saw ad and finally called. Service Tech was great, even with me asking questions. Pointed out a lot of issues I will need to address in future. And will be calling back for more great service.

I needed to have my garage door tuned up. I saw their coupon in the local University Magazine. The repairman was prompt, courteous and explained my options for my garage door. I was very satisfied with the service. I will be calling them again when I will need service.
