We had a great experience with these guys. Our custom built wood doors are gorgeous and the pricing was better than others. It took a little longer to build the doors than we expected but patience is a virtue and the end result is amazing. Highly recommended.

My appointment time was kept accurately - a rare and appreciated phenomenon! Mike was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain my options and recommend based on my needs and budget. Will definitely recommend!

Update 9/13/16: My original door install wasn't done properly by an installer who is no longer with them. Mike came out at 9 PM to not only close the door, which is what I requested, but also completely fixed the door and resolved the original problem. The garage door works quieter and better than previously. Their service was impeccable and they made right what needed to be remedied.

I hate to give anyone a bad review, but the public needs to know when a company does not perform. My issue is I called on a Tuesday to schedule service to have springs replaced. They confirmed a Thursday at 9 AM on the phone and even followed up with a conformation e-mail. So I take a day off work and by 10 AM I call to see where the person is. I was told my appointment was for Friday at 1 PM. I was never told it changed and got a response of "must have been a system glitch". I am a programmer, there are no glitches. This was changed and no one confessed. So I was told they would try to get me in later that day and would call right back to confirm a time. No calls until 5 PM from a tech that said he had a 5 PM with me, but was headed to his 3 PM appointment and could make it by 8 PM. Mad and reluctant, I said fine. 8 PM I get a 2nd call telling me it will be 10 to 11 PM so i...

These guys provide great service. I have used their Charlotte location in the past for my personal residence, but we needed a repair at our shop which was closer to their office in Cornelius. Mike came out and completed the repair. I would always recommend.

This is a good company, I would recommend. The installer that completed our new door had a wreck 1st thing in the morning. He had his trucked towed to the office, caught a ride with the driver, switched trucks and came to install our new door after all of that. I took off of work to have the door installed and their respect for my time was appreciated. The price was great and they went above and beyond. If you call for a new door ask for their estimator Nick.

This guys do good with big jobs such as replacing garage door and very reasonable in cost; however, they are not the people who you should call for small jobs. Their pricing is very high for small jobs. I have paid $ 120 for job which required less than .5 hour. They were not transperent about this cost before coming out. Also when I walk thru the numbers and explained that they are charging me ~ 240 for an hour job which is outrageous.

Don't call them for any small jobs, or don't let them convenience you that they will job charge to comoeout. They will charge minimum of $ 120 regardless of how small job it is......

I had a great experience with my buying a new garage door. Both the sales and installation process were very easy and they were always on time and even arrived early, which is always good. I highly recommend.

Great Product, Price and Service: Pleased with our initial impression with Nick (at a local "home show"), the in-home sales experience with Tim, and the installation by Tony.
We went with a mid-range model - Haas Model 2064 'Long Carriage House Panel' insulated door (R-value of 17.66, 2" thick "wood grain" 20 gauge galvanized steel door) - special order, but only about 2 weeks from order to install. Everything was included in the package - removal and disposal of old door, new door, new rollers and tracks, weatherstripping, etc. Installer arrived exactly on time - in & out within 4 hours.
New door looks great, from outside AND inside. Also much quieter opening/closing than old door.
Total we paid was about 2/3 less than what a neighbor paid to a "big name" national company and our door looks and seems much nicer!

Great experience! Will definitely call again if we need to add an opener to the other door. Courteous office staff and installer. Right on time and perfect working door! Highly recommend.
