Garage Doors & More are absolutely fabulous, this is actually the 2nd time they have done our garage door, 2nd one was our fault--teenage drivers. Very professional and absolutely accommodating to every request.

Technician was friendly and professional. He repaired a hinge that had sheared in two. The next day after the repair, the door was consistently not closing which was not an issue before. I called late on a Friday and left a message with the receptionist with no response for over a week and a half. Called again and relayed the problem. I was told they had a tech in the area and would cover items pertaining to the work completed. The tech evidently found a leaf hanging by cobwebs from the bottom of the door which he stated was causing it to not close. I had checked the door for obstructions and must have missed this. I was still charged $75 after paying $250 the week prior for a hinge. I will be needing a new door soon and WILL NOT be using this company as this is how they treat their well paying customers. Garage Doors & More of the Piedmont showed up on time and fixed our issue. They also gave us tips on how to keep everything running smoothly in the future. They also installed our new door a few summers back. A great company which we have used twice now.

Tech was prompt and polite. PRICING is misleading. The charge is NOT the $69 quoted. It is $125. BE WARNED

The owner is wonderful and was able to personally assist us with getting a good price on a new door system for our detached garage. The process went smoothly and the techno a strong that install the door and new motor were polite and knowledgeable. They were able to program the remotes and showed me the new features on our opener before they left! Overall good experience.
