Worst Service Ever. I contacted the company and gave them a chance to resolve. After two weeks and no response I posted on Yelp and found multiple complaints against them. Still no contact from the owners. I contacted the BBB and still no contact from them. Instead, they told the BBB that I must be confused? I'm not confused. They gave no service and tried to sell me $300 of parts I didn't need. I fixed the problem myself for $9.and it works fine. Stay away, they are not only liars, they don't own up to their mistakes when they are called on it. Cowards never contacted me after multiple attempts for them to man up.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Do not buy from them. They lie, they tell you stories and most of all they are all quite rude and unprofessional. I bought two doors from them and I will never do business with them again.

I had them install a new garage door at my house. I am completely satisfied, their salesman Nick helped me through the process of ordering a custom door for my house. The door looks great, works well, and their price was fair and reasonable.

I had my garage serviced today by Terry, he was very efficient, he new exactly what the issue was and resolved it in a quick turnaround time. I new exactly what the fee would be prior to the work being done. My recommendation though is too keep up the good work.lol
