I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I recently had my garage door repaired with them in June 2018. The total cost was $610.00 - quite a repair. At that time, it also took 3 visits to have it working properly. They only warranted for 90 days and sure enough the door needs repair again, having been out of warranty only a couple of weeks. When I called to arrange a repair again, I was informed I would have to pay a diagnostic call. When I explained the situation, I was simply told, "sorry but that is our policy." I promptly began checking reviews and other sites that vet garage door repair companies. Garage Doors and More does not have stellar reviews and they are not rated highly by either Home Advisors or Angie´s List. I have learned my lesson. Any company that charges that much for repair work yet only warrants their work for 90 days clearly cannot stand behind the...

We called around 7 pm on a Friday and were able to get an appt to repair the garage door spring the next day. Big thanks to Terry the service technician. He was very professional and explained the service. We would highly recommend Garage Doors & More!

Excellent Service from the first call to Candace this evening at 6PM. Terry was here on time @ 7:15 PM as promised. Our old opener that was 18 years old finally died. Terry replaced with a new opener and could not have been more professional. He also put up a new keypad, helped reprogram the visor controls, and checked the other doors for any potential issues. People like Terry make a company great and because of this experience, I plan to refer everyone in need of repair/replacement to Garage Doors and more.

Old opener finally gave out and my friend recommend calling this company for service. No service charge, the technician came on time, and was very efficient. They installed a new belt opener on both of my garage doors as it was only matter of time before the other one gave out. Fair priced compared to what I saw at Lowe's and Home Depot. Door opener works perfect and is really quiet compared to my old openers. Very happy with price and quality of the job.
