Presto Garage and Gutter responded to my call with their answering service after hours. Chase asked questions and guided me through what I should expect from the service call.

They were responsive because they wanted to make sure that nothing (or anyone) was trapped in the garage.

Terry explained everything that could possibly be an issue with the garage
door. He quickly assessed the situation and provided me with a quote. He serviced the door, adding new rollers and new tension cables, adjusted the tracks and reset the motor positions so that the door would open and close properly. He reset the keypad and garage door opener.

Terry was very personable, courteous and respectful. He did great work.

We had them come install a new motor, railing, rollers, spring, key pad and opener for our 1990 garage. Garage was old & not functioning properly, the technician Chase was honest and shared how valuable and custom the door we had is compared in todays market. He gave us a recommendation to keep the door replacing main mechanics on the spot with a price, no waiting.
