I was on my way to the dentist when my garage door broke. Dr. Keith A. Kye (best dentist ever) recommended Garage Doors and More. They worked around my schedule to have it looked at and fixed. Accommodating and helpful. Terry Caldwell assessed the issue and a part was ordered and then fixed a few days later. Terry was professional, astute, and went over the details with me. The work done was impeccable! But here's the best part of all. Terry is not only an expert at his job, he is one of the most quality human beings I have ever met. Personable, caring, authentic and kind. I just can't say enough. Who knew that having my garage door fixed would end up being a highlight of my day!?! Thank you Garage Doors and More for service that goes above and beyond.

The experience I had with this company was one of the worst I have ever had. It started great and then quickly went downhill. First of all, it took over 3 months to complete the task of getting a new garage door and only because we had to keep calling. These people don't respond to emails or calls unless you threaten them. They put the wrong windows in (arriving much later with no call) and then took FOREVER to get the correct ones. They finally got the right ones and put them in backwards. The amount of time wasted trying to change our schedule and aggravation demanded somewhat of a refund. The owner agreed and then I never heard a thing. I had to threaten again and the amount she sent me was a joke. The lack of communication is their biggest problem. I wanted to write this review to prevent others from having another terrible experience.

Couldn’t say nicer things about these guys. From Terry coming out for the sales call to the communication from the office to schedule the installation to Brandon and his helper doing the actual installation. These guys are a class act. Super communicative and delivered exactly what was promised, on time, no fuss, no issues! Perfect!

I was able to schedule my appointment online which was great. I requested service for the next day after 5pm. Another great thing... I didnt have to take time off of work! Terry arrived at 5:45 and had my door fixed in less than an hour. Price was extremely reasonable for the work that was done So glad I found this company!

We had Terry work on our garage door. We found out that it just needed some adjustment. Showed us exactly what areas we should spray about 2x's a year. He was very friendly and would ask for him again. I like dealing with this company because every body I talk to is so very friendly. I would highly recommend this company
