Jamie initially inspected our garage after the spring and cable holding the door in place snapped and broke, trapping my car in the garage. He came out the same day (on a Saturday), helped us retrieve the car out of the garage, and he informed us of the issue after inspection. During his visit, my fiancé and I asked him several questions pertaining to the care and maintenance of our doors (since we’re new home owners) and with no hesitation he educated us properly and was very knowledgeable at his profession. Very helpful! He then scheduled our follow-up appointment, since a few parts had to be ordered and within the next two business days, he was onsite once again to fix our garage during the time slot we had set - he even called 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know that he was on his way! I would certainly use this company again, and I highly recommend Jamie!

Would have gave a zero if I could have, not the customer service that I was expecting. I scheduled an online appointment from an ad in the newspaper. I got 2 confirmations of the appointment by e-mail. The day of the appointment, 3 minutes prior, I receive a phone call that I'm not in their service area. I would have expected this call with more lead time. With only a 3 minute window there was obviously no one on the way. Do you think that someone should have known before 3 minutes before they are suppose to arrive? I get the service area thing but what I didn't understand was how nasty and rude the the person was that called. You schedule an appointment, wait on your only day off and then treated in a manner that is totally unprofessional. Incredible.
