Wonderful experience from the first phone call through door installation.

I had an emergency when my garage lifting gear suddenly broke at 3 pm last Wed afternoon. I grabbed my home magazine, found this company and called. The had a tech and his assistant out by 6 that day, explained the problem and the fix. I decided to upgrade my system, they gave me a price break and some upgraded perks for combining two components. They were clean, neat, did the 1st part of the repair immediately, showed up early for the second part of the work to be done. I would recommend them with no reservations.

ANTONIO and his crew did a great job! They took their time and did it right! They even fixed a hole in our soffit! Would definitely recommend this company. Even posted a photo of truck and a review on our neighborhood page! GD&M rocks!

I hoped with the good ratings I had seen...that I would add to it with 5 starts. Sadly, this is not the case.

I was made to believe I needed a new garage door by Bill the salesman. He made it seem the springs of my existing door were too tight and could come apart at any moment sending shrapnel into the drywall and break windows.

Once the installer came out to out a new door in, I could see that the main issue with my existing door was the cable was loose. It could have been easily repaired for a lot less money. When I called the office about it, I was told the owner Mike "might call me back after he gets back from lunch."
Is that how you treat customers???

Long story short...the customer service was terrible and the salesman was dishonest and even asked me very personal questions such as my age, and if I live alone. He even...

My experience with Garage Doors and More is that they showed up on time, introduced themselves and was able to tell me what was wrong. Terry did not have the springs in his truck to repair my garage door but he gave me an estimate of cost and when I could expect the work to be done. I’m very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

Very pleasant experience the last two times. This past time they had a technician to our house within 3 hours on a Saturday morning. Very professional service. Not only was the repair done correctly, but he took the time to perform some preventative maintenance and talk with me about the condition of my door. Highly recommended!
