Service appointment was quick and service tech was here when supposed to me. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He did the repair and took really good care of our needs. Serviced all our doors so that they run smoothly and better than ever! Thank you for such a great experience!

With all good reviews I thought of giving them a try on sensor issue with my garage door. I spoken with Candice and was very nice and clearly stated all charges about service charge + parts. I specifically asked other charges and was told that’s it. Now the person came out and told the same but the office called and told me to pay $159 more - it’s almost $265 to change sensor that cost $32. THIS COMPANY LIVES BY LIES, DISHONEST, UNETHICAL AND THE PERSON I SPOKE IN THE AFTERNOON WAS THE RUDEST PERSON IN THE TOWN. I’ll be reporting to BBB and FTC and the town about how rude she’s treating customers like me and also how dishonest their service.

The employee Mike was on time and very professional. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. After doing a great job on repairs and upgrades on my garage door. He cleaned up and showed me how to take care of my door. I was more than satisfied.

We had an issue with our garage door and found that many of our neighbors had used garage doors and more. Candis took the call and was very friendly, helpful, and she got us right on the schedule. Mike came out for the repair and he was on time, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He had just made the same repair we needed for the customer he saw before us so he didn’t have the part he needed, but he called Candis and got us rescheduled quickly. When he came back he got the job done quickly and installed a much better part than what was originally there. If I have any other garage issues I’ll call garage doors & more.
