The purchase of the garage door was easy. At the salesman’s request, Brian a technician came out and was able to make our garage door operable until the new one came it. His work was miraculous. Where things fell short was when after seven weeks the door had not arrived. Although we were advised it would take that long, I didn’t expect to have to be the one to call to ask about it. I was then told it should be there within two more weeks. Again, no word. I had to call back to inquire again. I understand COVID delays and everyone is busy...as I was told ...but I too am busy. It was disappointing that I had to supervisor this process. Once I got the call, Brian did come and install the new door. It looks and operates great. I do have to give a shout out to Brian again...so professional and nice and really is an expert at what he does! I just wish there had been more communication and...
