A very disappointing experience with Presto. Many things they say on their website are far from reality. My garage door failed and was stuck half closed. I called at 8:00am Saturday and I believe an answering service answered. The person took my contact information and advised me someone would contact me immediately. After waiting an hour, I submitted an online service request form from their website explaining my situation. The website says a response typically happens in under 5 minutes during office hours. I waited another hour and called another number shown on the website. I was greeted by a recording - something their website says will never happen. After reaching a live person she informed me they were having difficulty finding their on-call technician. I asked why an on-call technician? Aren’t you open on Saturday? She said no, they are not open. I informed her the website...

Brandon arrived on time and installed my garage door set all remotes including my car and left my garage in perfect condition. Thank you Brandon.
