When you ask for our experience, it would be helpful not to put your words in the box ("I love. . .). That just makes it what you wish to hear.
Fortunately, the job looks great. The odor was a surprise and contacting someone to ask questions of prior to the installation was impossible although Candy did the best she could. She didn't know how to answer my questions. The lack of communication made us wonder if the job was a scam. We still haven't heard about work on the garage door which Terry agreed to on September 23, 2021.
Alex and Eric did a great job; when they didn't arrive at the appointed time, a phone call would have helped us not to be concerned--like Terry did when he was held up with an emergency job and ran late.
We wish you all the best and will be sure to recommend Presto to our friends.

While the product Presto offers may be good (time will tell), the installation by Presto left a lot to be desired.
1. The gutter guards were installed with gaps at the seams. Presto did come out and "fix up" this issue.
2. One downspout was not connected to the drainage tile. I completed this connection myself.
3. LOTS of scraps and screws were left in my yard after installation. I picked up a pile of junk. When Presto came out to address No. 1, they picked up some more. However, I still picked up more junk later.
4. After the first rain shower today, the gutter was leaking at a joint. This drips right onto my front step. This would turn to ice in the winter. Presto says they will fix this in a couple days.
Overall, I was very disappointed in the installation. I had really expected better from Presto.
