Called them out due to broken door spring. Jamie came out and did temporary fix so we could still use door, while here he informed me it would be nine weeks before he could get a replacement. I got the spring sizes while he was here. I was able to obtain replacement springs by Monday of the next week. Contacted the office and informed them that I have replacement springs and didn't need them to order springs. The answer I got was , I'll see if I can cancel the order. Friday I received an invoice via email for $265, this was the first invoice I had received. The next day I got another email stating my invoice was overdue, I hadn't even had the invoice 24 hours and the overdue email was sent out at 12:54 am. I have decided to find other providers for any garage door repairs in the future.
