When Terry came out, he knew what the problem was and the parts needed. After that, I did not receive any calls about when the part was ordered and when it was expected. My calls were not returned so I called Terry for an update. He was surprised that I had not received any calls about the parts. I had to park my car outside for two weeks because I was afraid that I would not be able to open the door when I needed to get my car out. Finally, the part came in and the repairs were made. I had no problem with Terry or the service that he did. I feel that your company could do a better job with communication to your clients.
