My daughter only attended for 3 months before I took her out. She was always complaining about getting bullied. She’s 4. Instead of handling the situation Ms.Jackie didn’t do her job. My daughter was getting hit and spit on by other students. They wanted to make it seem like my daughter was lying. Very disappointed in the way it was handled. My daughter loved the teachers and it’s sad that they couldn’t fix the problem with bullying.

My son started Premier Early Learning Academy in September coming from a different daycare center. Previously he would cry every morning when getting ready to go to school. Now each day he looks forward to going to class. I was worried about changing his school due to some developmental delays but the teachers have been so patient and kind. Ms. Jackie offered to help us get resources through the school district. For his first week Ms. Jackie would go check on him to make sure that he was adjusting well which made this change seamless for me. I wish I would have moved him much sooner.

My son has been going to Premier since he was 6 weeks old and he is now in the 3 year old classroom. The teachers care for the kiddos like their own. My son is an energetic little boy and if he does something wrong, the teachers appropriately redirect him. He is learning how to regulate his emotions and much more and I feel like the teachers and staff are the reason why he is doing so well. When my 3 year old son runs up to the director and other teachers to give them a hug, I know he loves them like family and they care for him.

I am also a teacher at Premier and I look forward to coming to work every day. If you have a staff member that still looks forward to coming to work after being there 3 plus years, then it's a good school. When your staff is happy then the student are happy. No daycare is perfect but this one is close.

My son attended this school for approximately a year and a half. The director prior to the current one and teacher he initially had were amazing. Ms. Cindy the cook treated all the kids with love and kindness and so did my sons teachers from 1-2 (ms. Dinsy and Ms Janai). However, my rating for this school and reason for leaving really had to do with the current director Jackie. My son got hurt from other kids countless times. The response and attitude I got in return for being a concerned parent was very unprofessional. She was not kind, compassionate or understanding towards my concerns either, ultimately leading to me removing my son from the school altogether. There were several times the classrooms were over ratio with student to teacher, and I do not feel like my son learned much, if anything while attending this facility. We found PELA during an online search. I was looking for a PreK program to transfer my daughter to that was closer to home. First, they gave my daughter a seat in the class right away. Although the transition for my daughter was tough they welcomed her every day with bigs smiles. They were constantly making improvements to the facility throughout the year as well. The kitchen staff is friendly and cooks very well. There was turnover with the lead teacher and I feel it was for the best. I could see more excitement with my daughter about what she was learning this spring. They executed a wonderful pre-k graduation ceremony for the kids. Most child care centers have higher turnover ratios than other professional industries because the salaries aren’t as competitive as they should be but there is something to be said about the longterm staff there. PELA is great and exceeded my expectations!! We were new to the area & state and were in need of a preschool facility for my son who at the time was 2 yrs old. From the time we came to tour the facility Ms. Sharon (Assistant Director) & Ms. Cindy made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Ms. Jackie (Director) is amazing! I appreciate her open door policy & partnership. I was on edge initially when my son started due to some developmental delays he has. Ms. Jackie put me at ease letting me know that she is an advocate for all of the kids as if they were her own. All of the teachers/staff know my son by name and always greet him by name and a smile. He has had a few teachers and they all were caring and patience with him. We see the progress & strides that my son has made since attending PELA. We are happy we chose PELA!!

My granddaughter goes to this school. She has learned so much. The peacefulness is worth it. The teachers and stuff are truly amazing. It's hard to find people you trust with your child. I know she is looked after and loved.

This is the second year that my kids are a part of the Premier Learning Academy family. Thank you Miss Sharon and Miss Jacque for always keeping me in the loop of whatever is going on at the school. Also thank you for not being just a daycare, but also having activate like field trips, sparkles skating, etc., and the learning program for the afterschool program plus helping them with their homework and stuff. I appreciate everyone and Premier learning academy.
