They arrived as scheduled. I was introduced to each team member and then they went straight to work. A very respectful and professional group of young men.

I had such a bad experience with Premier that I made them uninstall the unit and provide me with a refund. I'm still out $200 for walkway stones that they broke, but it is all worth it to never deal with this company again.

Not on time
Generator was scheduled for installation in early December 2020. After multiple calls with multiple dates provided to me, the actual install was late January. Premier called the day before at 4:30 pm to let me know the generator would be installed and we'd be losing electricity during the day. We both work from home. Thanks for the advanced notice. Propane company comes knocking on the door at 8 am two days later. Again, thanks for the heads up.

Poor quality
