Just a minor issue..There is a conflicting information about coming 10 - 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment or treatment time otherwise you will be canceled but actually the office opens at the same time of your scheduled time. This is my second visit for laser treatment on my toenails. Not only is the treatment working and painless, my technician is respectful, caring and knowledgeable....love her chairside manner. From beginning to end, it was a smooth process. Everyone was friendly. I called in the morning, and they were able to fit me in that same day. Everyone was sweet, friendly, very educated, and the PA made sure all my questions were answered. Pricing is better than other places I’ve gone too.
