First impressions are everything. All the employees I met (with the exception of Sabrina, the esthetician) need customer service training. Their interpersonal skills need a lot of work. This includes the female employee who met with me initially. When I made the appointment. I was informed that my appointment time was at Noon. I was required to make a $100 deposit to be applied to my consultation and service. I was not informed that after the consultation, I would have to return several hours later for the service!!
