I scheduled an appointment had to leave a $100 deposit. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Once seen was informed they ran out of dysport, I said ok do Botox then and was informed they ran out of that too.I had reminders about my appointment but not once did anyone think to call me to inform me I should reschedule since they don’t have the product in stock. Not happy that I made an unnecessary trip for no reason only to have to reschedule when they get the product. I’m newer to the area and giving your facility one more chance before finding a new one.
