I wasn’t satisfied with today’s consultation. The consultant & Provider did not introduce themselves. The provider stated, “Have we met”? I stated, “Yes”. Sad to say, not professional. The only way I knew who they were was by the business cards left on desk. I took one of each. Consultant’s name is Xio Cano & provider was Heera Waqar, PA-C.
