I paid over $7000 for procedures that gave me zero results. I wanted a refund for what I had not used since I paid in advance and they would only give me a credit to use towards something else. Only gave me a free facial. I do not recommend them and when all my credits have been used I will not be returning. $7000 and nothing to show for it.

Because the consult process doesn’t seem necessary for repeat Botox. Paying ahead makes you have to decide ahead of time how many units. Not easy Kaiser does. FYI
