I have been a patient since 2017. I ALWAYS get the same treatment (Dysport - 175 units). I have seen Dr. Khattab in physical altercations with patients and followed the multiple lawsuits, but stayed loyal. Today, I showed up for treatment and was told to reschedule because there was no product available. You are VERY strict and harshly penalize no-shows and late comers, yet there is no accountability for you to provide the service as scheduled or a call to reschedule when you notice you were out of product. I would have gladly rescheduled if I was called ahead of time. Further, I was then asked to pay half of the treatment cost for a future appointment (yet to be scheduled.) I have now switched to another local medical spa. Thank you though for refunding my $100 appointment amount. That does show a change in integrity from what I am used to and that should be acknowledged and commended.
