The lobby furniture is disgustingly grimy, emitting a repulsive vibe. Check-in staff were unprofessional, leaving much to be desired. A woman guiding me to the small consultation room exuded complete disinterest in her job. She didn't smile once, clearly hating her job. The face imaging machine in the room was shockingly filthy, marked by makeup residue from previous patrons. This initial visit left me appalled by the deplorable conditions.

The esthetician I was scheduled with - which I specifically asked for, was not there for the time of my appointment. Also, Botox units were more expensive than expected.
