My consultation visit was pleasant and staff were friendly and informative. Consultation was free but had to deposit $100 when appt was made to prevent no shows however that can go towards treatment or refunded if you choose not to use their services. I decided to use it towards my first treatment. Jessica was great and gentle. I gave it 4 stars only because even though I informed them it’s my very time ever getting facials I wasn’t informed of what will be used on my face until at one point one of the products made my face tingling and feeling a burning sensation I had to ask if it was normal. That’s when I was told what product it was and that it was normal. Since this is my very first time ever, I’m not sure if they are supposed to let us know each of the product they’re applying at the time of treatment? Otherwise it was a great experience.
