I had a great experience ! First I schedule an appointment for consultation, I met a woman who was really nice and answered all my questions, the first what I told her is that I am not going to be an often visitor because I don’t make a lot of money, and then I asked her what she could recommend to me to help with my problem. She was super friendly and explain everything to me. Then I schedule an appointment for procedure with doctor. I came 10 minutes ahead, and waited for a 5 minutes to get in to the cabinet, the doctor came in, asked me how do I feel, confirmed the procedure he is going to do, and in 10 minutes I got what I want! So everything was great, thank you guys!

I purchased laser treatment to clear melasma I had 4 sessions but decided to cancel my 4th session because the laser treatment did not help clear the melasma. Instead it made it worst. Not once did I meet Dr Khattab during my consultation or during my procedures. I think as a doctor he should at least come meet me, introduced himself and talk to me about why his office was treating me. Even after the 3rd laser treatment did not clear my skin and I decided to cancel the 4th session, he did not meet with me to discuss options. This is not a doctor who cares about his patients but just someone who wants your money. The only positive thing I can say is that his staff were very nice.
