My experience was excellent. All the staff were very polite and kind. Dr. Khattab was very through and took his time to achieve the results I was hoping to receive. After each procedure, the staff always showed sympathy which made me feel well cared for all the way through the day at Dr. Khattab's office. I am very skeptical about the positive reviews for this place, I am sure they were paid or compensated somehow to write it. This place is unprofessional with a very unfriendly office manager and staff, they are investing a lot on advertisement on social media, but the reality is the place lacks professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting this place at all or be flashed by the false positive reviews.

I had to update my review based on the reply from the owner. Respect is indeed both ways, therefore You must respect your patient/customer time when they book an appointment at your facility, Specially when they are courteous to arrive on time to appointments. First rule to customer service is “ customer is always right” and your defensive response only confirms my speculations. Also, I was told to wait for up to 40 min not 15 minutes as you claim.

Staff is super sweet. Brenda is very welcoming in the front. Kristella is the queen of laser hair removal. Book with her!! Very satisfied with my results. My face looks and feels super smooth.

If you care about your money, time, and over all experience of your procedure please keep reading. I came in on June 30, 2019 to get lip injections. I got one syringe of restalyne. After about a week I noticed they were uneven and I wanted them much more fuller. When I called they said they are booked out 2 weeks. My sister ended up calling and saying that we wanted another syringe and they got us in the next hour to have a consultation and was advised I can get another syringe of juvederm.

Weeks go by I then again noticed my lips were very very uneven still but didn’t think much because I knew they needed to heal. Another few weeks went by and my family kept noticing it also.
