Amazing customer service. Their staffs are friendly and helpful. Able to answer all of my questions. Xio did awesome job preparing and assisting me .
I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

please, if your money is worth anything to you do not go to this place! they will take your money and not provide the service or screw you over.

i went to precison MD for warm sculpting. i came in for a consultation, they gave me a quote for what i told them i was hoping to achieve.
i paid for 2 visits 2 different sessions of warm sculpting and was super exited. well it went down hill from there .. after they took my money.
did my first session i was brought in by a nurse. honestly she was nice but im sorry she didn't know what she was doing. it seemed like she was ussing the machine for the first time ever. the attachments kept coming off and i had to keep helping her with it. no doctor ever came in. no real consultation was ever done. finally when she attached all the attachments i had to awkwardly geto n the table and all the attachments shifted. she kind...

Horrible experience a waste of money...I would never go back and I was left with burns in a place that was no where near the area the procedure took place.

Hair restoration using FUT machine by ARTAS. Nice office and helpful staff. Convenient location and the staff were ready to reach.

The supervising DR. is NOT sensitive to patient pain and was mostly hands off for the procedure.

The ARTAS machine used for follicle extraction. locked up in middle of the extract and implant procedure for over an hour and this compromised the transplants.

I am going to contact the office to discuss my dissatisfaction with the procedure outcome.

Do not go here. They performed halo laser on my face and I was left with scaring and discoloration all over my face. When I called them about my concerns, the office manager Ali yelled at me on the phone and was very defensive saying it must have been something I had done in my aftercare and referenced they cannot guarantee results. It’s a new facility but the place is also not very sanitary, the sanitation practice at the previous location was even worse. They have a lot of turnover in staff/nurses which I believe adds to the lack of consistency and training of the procedures they provide. I requested a refund because my face is more damaged than when I came in and I will have to go to a dermatologist to ha e corrected.
