Staff at the front desk are very under trained and don't want to do their job! Very sad

Came here to get laser hair removal for my underarms & legs. Very painful procedure. Paid a fortune. Was promised I wouldn’t have hair growing in those areas anymore. Sorry to say, after many sessions of laser on my underarms and full legs, I still have hair growing both places. No change. Wish I could have my money back. :( Didn’t get any results I was promised.

Kylie was the absolute best. She listened to my concerns, and made a treatment plan to solve the problem. I felt valued and heard. I appreciate great customer service and Kylie did not disappoint!

Very nice front desk and RN whom did my cool sculpting. They say in brochure; there’s Wi-Fi available but it’s not . Also, they say in brochure, one can watch a movie. All I saw was advertising. Results in cool sculpting has not reached 4 weeks yet so no comment on success

Waste of money and time. Very unprofessional on different occasions, staff is very untrained. Karen was the best at what she did and even she left the practice. I will be looking for some place else to go
