I had an appointment with Adreana, clinical aesthetician, for a platinum hydrafacial.
I came in a bad mood because of the company's policies. Therefore, I was not nice.
Adreana did not take it personally, and tried to find a good solution to the issue I had. She took much of her time to do so to the point I apologized for taking so much of her time and suggested to take it with the front desk after the appointment.
Adreana insisted to take all the time necessary to solve the issue before the facial.
The facial was great and relaxing. Adreana explained everything she did because it was my first time.
At the end, I offered Adreana a tip which she had to refuse because of the company's policy.
I hope her salary includes big tips she can't receive.
Adreana is the only reason I keep co.ing to Precision MD.
