The first time I went there, I was interested in the Sculptsure program, and signed up for a 3 pack, and made an initial appointment. On that day, I had a family medical issue—with my traumatic brain injured spouse. Talking with the receptionist, I was told, basically, too bad, no excuses, you lose your money. Completely arbitrary policy with no mitigating circumstances.
