I am 79 years old and my primary care Dr tells me I am in a very high risk category for covid. When I arrived there was no sign on the door requiring the wearing of a facemask, even if you are vaccinated for covid. Such a sign has been on the door of all my other Drs, and Sutter hospital that I visited recently. The receptionist was not behind plexiglass, nor was she wearing a mask. I noticed other personnel not wearing a mask, as well. This made me very uncomfortable.
I was there for toenail fungus treatment, and a consultation on PRP. The Dr who presented for the consultation was very uninformed about PRP. I left totally disappointed and uninformed about PRP. I believe you should refund my $50. paid for the consultation. I was quite satisfied by the nurse who actually performed the laser surgery.

The professionals were nice. The surgeon was supposed to talk to me for a follow up visit for at least 15 minutes to explain any side effects to a prescription. I copped an attitude. Sorry. I was advocating for well needed antibiotics. I have been suffering and fed up with relentless anxiety. My system is having a hard time fully recovering. Please provide well needed harmless antibiotics. Thank u.
