We took over a building that has set empty for over 18 months and contacted Power X3 to come help get the operational again. They were there the next day cleaning, replacing bathroom hardware, polishing the floor and even replacing light fixtures. This was all done at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again and HIGHLY recommend their services.
