Overall, my experience was below par. There was a scheduling issue on your company’s end that led to confusion. I went online to select my date and service type. I didn’t get a confirmation. So, I reached out via phone & email to get some type of confirmation for my services. That wasn’t a pleasant experience what so ever. If you’d like to see the email correspondence, I’ll gladly provide to substantiate my position. Lastly, the guy finally gets to my house and performs a half ass job. He didn’t properly clean the gutters on the back of my residence and he knocked off an item from my gutter that helps with the flow of debris and water throughout my guttering system. I can take a picture of what he knocked if you like as well. I wish my experience was better but the company fell short multiple times to meet basic professional standards.
