The contact form on the web went unanswered. A month later, my message left with the answering service was lost. On my third try, I finally succeeded at scheduling a gutter cleaning by phone. On the scheduled day, the workman left a message saying he couldn't come. I should have seen this as a bad omen. I've used Henry's to clean my gutters, twice in the past, with good results -- clean gutters, no debris, before/after photos, etc . Unfortunately something has changed this year. My wife arrived home after midday and phoned me in shock. I couldn't join her until much later, but found a disaster area.
