2/17/2020 I have a 2 floor unit of the old style built in 2003. After storing it since then, I installed it 2/10/2020. It still looked pristine inside. It started to run after a few tries. I imagined it had seized up just a little. I called Brian with a few questions I had. He was superb in his customer support. In my area I know of no one else with a dumbwaiter. I would give it FIVE STARS so far.
