Our tech, Larry Reit, did a fantastic job. He answered numerous emails, patiently guiding us through a troubleshoot of our unit. When our electrician arrived to assist us, Larry called and explained carefully and clearly how to check the voltages, safety switches and door switches. With his help, our unit is running better than ever. We are truly grateful for his expertise, patience and courtesy. Larry made all the difference in our tech support experience. We will certainly recommend this company to everyone. Thanks Larry!

I installed my dumbwaiter in 2007. It was a new build situation. I found the unit easy to install. Don’t be intimidated as the staff at Powerlift Dumbwaiters, Inc. are very helpful answering questions and offering suggestions during the build out (Especially Larry!). They have been helpful with a few maintenance questions over the years. When you call a person, not a computer, says hello. Our unit is still working very well, just as on the 1st day. It is very well built and I imagine it will work fine for the life of the house. We use it almost daily. When I give a review sometimes, I ponder how many stars to give. This was an easy one. No question they deserve 5 stars!

2/17/2020 I have a 2 floor unit of the old style built in 2003. After storing it since then, I installed it 2/10/2020. It still looked pristine inside. It started to run after a few tries. I imagined it had seized up just a little. I called Brian with a few questions I had. He was superb in his customer support. In my area I know of no one else with a dumbwaiter. I would give it FIVE STARS so far.
