Previously boarded our dogs with the Eldridge and Pleasant Valley locations. When I made the reservation for this location I was not told I needed to bring their records. When I arrived at about 9:00 am today to drop off my dogs the woman at the front desk informed me that she needed to see the dogs’ records. Apparently, the locations don’t share information. A word to the wise, I would avoid this location. I also heard this location has a flea infestation that the owners won’t address.
