I love posh in Eldridge, it is the only place that I will take my dogs. However, I was a little disappointed this time because I had asked for my dog Boss( Amy Groth is my name) to get a bath before I picked him up. I called the day that he was being picked up and wanted to pay over the phone because I had to have my in-laws pick him up for me. They told me his bath had t been started yet. I said to just not worry about it bc my in-laws were coming shortly. She said she would add a bath credit to my account. Long story short my flight got canceled so I had to call back and have them keep boss another day. At that time she told me she would make sure a bath was completed and at no charge. When I called the next day to pay for the one additional night, she told me yet again that the bath hadn’t been completed. At this point I was annoyed. Posh and especially Skyler went above and beyond to take care of my doggies. While away on vacation, heart meds for one of my dogs ran out. Skyler took care of the situation and even sent someone to pick up the prescription refill from the vet which is across town.
