Dawn had a great experience with Posh Pet Resorts

My dogs visit was 8/19/21 and when I picked up my dog everything he was sent with a blanket, bed, toy and bag of food was saturated in urine and feces. I stopped by to see if everything was ok with his stay as he’s 3 years old and never had an accident. The manager was short and told me everything was damp from him playing in the pool. The liquid in his bag was also yellow and pungent of urine. She repeatedly apologized but seemed not genuine and hardly let me speak. I will never return to this facility. Very sad because I always had nothing but a good experience with the Eldridge location.

Posh Pet Resort is a good place to take your pup..my little girl Novah loves it❤️

We have used Posh Pet Resorts on Valley Drive several times to board our dogs (they previously boarded our beagle mix and recently boarded our mini-pin mix). Most recently, we boarded our new pup during spring break. The staff were so sweet with her and she clearly had a good time during her stay. They also gave us some tips on how to slowly and safely start to socialize her with other dogs. We will definitely be using their services again in the future!
