Kinda shady way of doing things. They won't charge you for day camp until you say something and then they will charge you for all the days, and then you can buy a package. not all packages on there website are available. They don't have a monthly unlimited package, and you won't get three free days. A lot of days I pick my dog up he smells like urine. The 18th location is not luxurious.

If the United monthly is available why did one of your employees tell me that was not an option? And why did I never get my three free days?

I'm sorry for the poor experience you had. I can assure that the Unlimited Month Package is and has always been for sale at the store, and the 3 free days for camp are limited to new dogs entering our facility. Thank you.
