I’ve picked my dog up on 2 separate occasions where Posh Pets has over fed him and he’s came home throwing up and has had diarrhea. I thought maybe it was just the Eldridge location so I took him to 18th street. I picked my dog up from there and he smelt like he had been laying in urine all day. His fur on his stomach was all matted and stuck together. There’s 0 communication from the employees and I won’t be taking my dog back to any of their locations.

Posh pet resort provided good Cre for our dogs. I give 3 stars as we chose an upgraded package with pictures and peanut butter Kong. We also chose to have a basic bath before pick up. Our dogs ended up getting the basic package and not what we requested. Posh did make sure our billing was correct and apologized.
