The staff was nice and looks like Theo didn’t have any issues. The main negative though for me was not having pictures of my cat sent during his stay after paying for an option that explicitly mentioned “guaranteed pictures”. While I understand every boarding facility works differently and has different processes, it would have helped me to see that my cat was doing fine. I have boarded Theo twice before and have had pictures of him sent to us during his stay and those facilities were cheaper. I don’t mind paying more if I can get a feel of how my pet is doing.

It was good. My pup was happy and healthy when I picked her up. We love Posh and have future stays booked. My only feedback is that she looked pretty dirty. Posh is supposed to bathe the dogs with a 5 day stay? Luna was there for 7 and didn’t get a bath. I know times are hard in our post COVID world and they’ve had a shift in management (I was told) but this isn’t really a new issue. It’s happened previously, on our last two longer kennel stays. I guess I assume if I’m told, my pup gets a bath after a 5 day stay, then she’s bathed the day before I will be picking her up. Because that way, even if I pick her up before 11am, she’s had the bath. Because the last time this happened, they hadn’t had time to bathe her yet and I like to pick her up before being charged a half day. If they aren’t able to bathe dogs with a long stay, they shouldn’t tell us they will. Does that make sense?...

Our dog has been sick with the runs (bad) since we picked her up yesterday afternoon, 7/4/22. I’m not sure if they didn’t give her the food we provided for her and fed her something else, but she is terribly sick and this is completely unlike her. We’ve also had to treat kennel cough after the visit prior to this visit. We used to love Posh, but recently we’ve not been thrilled and will probably be finding a new place to take our dog when we go on trips.

POSH was available when i needed a boarder at the last minute. They eere a pleasent and friendly staff. And were corresponding when i asked on how my was doing. Theu promptly responded. Thank yiu Posh pet resorts Moline il
