I specifically asked them not to put anything on his neck. He has a crushed trachea and panics and can’t breath. He had a band snuggly on his neck when I picked him up. He can’t eat dry food. I asked them to wet his food. They must not have since he was soo hungry he tried to eat paper in the car on the way home and then tried eating his dry food. I also left snacks and none were missing
