I was told my dog got a bath that I paid quite a bit of money for in my opinion, but if she did, no soap was used. Communication about what was being received with the upgraded rate wasn’t really explained and leaves me concerned it happened. I spoke with someone at the resort about my concerns already. I do appreciate having somewhere for her to go while I was out of town at a reasonable rate.
